Cancellations & Refunds Policy
Our policy on cancellations and refunds is designed to be fair to both customers and our sellers. As Vinishare is a marketplace, policies may vary slightly from seller to seller, but the following terms provide a general guideline.
Cancellations
You may request to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped by the seller. To request a cancellation, please contact the seller directly using the contact information provided on the product page or in your order confirmation. Cancellation is at the discretion of the seller.
Refunds
We facilitate refunds for products that are defective, damaged in transit, or significantly not as described. To be eligible for a refund, you must contact the seller within 7 days of receiving your item, providing photographic evidence of the issue. All refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and are resolved between the customer and the seller. Vinishare may mediate disputes if a resolution cannot be reached.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact the seller directly. They will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. In most cases, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
