Shipment Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days by the respective seller. Orders are not typically shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If a seller is experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, the seller will contact you via the contact information you provided.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, if applicable. Many sellers offer free shipping. Delivery estimates will be provided by the seller and can vary depending on your location and the seller's location. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation from the seller once your order has shipped, which may contain your tracking number(s). The tracking number should become active within 24-48 hours. If you have not received this confirmation, please contact the seller directly.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Vinishare and its sellers are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). This is typically only applicable for international orders.

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. It is also recommended to contact the seller to inform them of the issue.
